Bus Change Requests

     Students are assigned to a bus according to the area in which they live.  District policy states that students may not change buses without permission from the assistant principal or principal. Students will need to bring a note from a parent to the school office when requesting a change of bus or bus stop for any reason. 

     Please do not assume this will be approved.  We may call you to question the urgency of such a request.  A special bus request pass will be issued prior to dismissal if the request is permitted.  This permission will not be granted unless it is for an emergency situation.  Due to overcrowding that can occur on buses, the need for assigned seats, and an accurate passenger list on buses, we cannot grant permission for students to ride home on different buses with friends.
